Ordering, delivery and returns
Piklu's books and kits are ordered in a WhatsApp chat with us. This website takes no orders, no payments and no details of yours.
How to order
- Open the activity book or the Explorer Kit and pick the place.
- Tap Order on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with a message that names the product and the place. Send it.
- We reply with the price, the delivery charge and how long delivery will take to your PIN code.
- If you are happy with all three, we send the payment details in the chat. You pay nothing before that.
Price
The price we give you in the chat is the whole price of the product. Nothing is added to it except the delivery charge, which we tell you before you pay.
Delivery
Tell us your PIN code and we tell you whether we can deliver there, what it costs and how long it will take, before you pay. If we cannot deliver to you, we say so and take no money.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo in the same WhatsApp chat. We send a replacement or return your money, whichever you choose.
Your details
- Nothing is typed into this website to place an order, so the website holds no name, address or phone number of yours.
- The WhatsApp chat holds your number, your address and what you ordered. We use them to deliver your order and to answer you, and for nothing else.
- On this website we count taps on the Order button, with the product and the place chosen, to learn what parents want. The count says nothing about who tapped. What the site collects
